Planet Chill, Surfers Paradise Reviews
This is the third time we have now been to the resort, and yet again, we could not have had a better holiday! This is children's Heaven. We do not send our children to the kids club, for us, a holiday is as a family, so I can't comment on the kids club. The room we had was really large and very clean, the rooms may be a little date, but personally they feel like you are on a holiday and I loved it. The resort is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I could not recommend a better place to stay with children. Thank you Paradise Resort for creating more happy memories for us.
Our first family holiday with our 2 year old and we were very pleased. We wanted accommodation to entertain our daughter, allow us to relax and have family time and that's exactly what we got. The complimentary 0-2 childcare kids club was amazing and gave us a much needed break...wonderful knowing our daughter was in good hands and she had a lot of fun! Lots of great activities every day. Food is expensive but of an excellent standard. We had a superior room and it met all our needs and was updated enough. Very comfortable. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We look forward to trying out the Ruby next time!
We can absolutely recommend the Paradise Resort! Having stayed their several times, we love both the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Saunas and spas along with Bar-B-Q areas right by the outdoor pool makes it an all round great place to stay. Right in the heart of the Gold Coast., the rooms are top quality, clean, modern and comfortable! We always Book ahead and get great rates for staying 3 nights or more!
Very good will be top notch soon when new towers are finished as current rooms a little dated. Great food. great staff. Great facilities. Perfect to keep the kids occupied so so much to do. Will stay again with the family for sure
A super family friendly resort with lots of activities everyday for kids and parents. We were there for 8 nights and only used their on-site pool once. A small round pool with too many kids and parents and chlorine, - my husband had burning eyes as soon as they contacted water. On site parking costs $15 per day and off site costs $5. My biggest issue is their use of plastic cups and lack of recycling bins. They serve buffet dinner and cocktail tasting in disposal plastic serving wears and around the whole resort I only found one recycle bin. Majority of the plastics they used ended up in the bin. Same as in the guest room, we asked the room service if they recycle and were told no. We had to hide all the recyclable items so that we can take them to the recycle bin ourselves otherwise the house keepers would put them into the rubbish.
