  • Two of the staff members here are really not friendly and clearly have a lack of customer-facing experience. I booked ticket to view the observation deck and was advised in a rude manner that there is a private function and they are closed today, without a single apology or sincerity. Partly this was my fault as I did not check the “Special Opening Hours” hidden on the website that the place would be closed this afternoon. I completely understand that the place is closed for a private function, but the way it was handled was very poor. If this was handled in a better way, I would not be writing this review. I urge this company to give their employees some training on how to properly conduct yourself with a customer and put themselves in the customers shoes.

  • The highest viewing deck of surfers Paradise. It's got a beautiful view of gold coast and also the city. Here is where you will realize how similar the place is to Miami. Good photo opportunity and the have good descriptions of the views. You can also get to know the history of how gold coast came into being and it's history. Recommended for a visit

  • Breathtaking views! I love observation decks and this is actually one of my favourites. You have a 360 degree view all over the Gold Coast. The view with the Ocean and the skyscrapers was breathtaking. I was feeling a little bit like being in Miami Florida.

  • It's a spectacular view, but the rest of the place needs some work done to it. The toilets had broken handles, the cafe didn't really fit the semi futuristic vibe that the rest of the building tried to have and there was a lot of visual rust on the outside beams. I'm not afraid of heights, but if I was that wouldn't be reassuring. I will say this though, the Stair Challenge that they do every year is a brilliant idea. Also, it works really well.

  • Good tourist activity, you can watch the whole city from there. Beautiful view, specially during the sunset. For this reason that side is crowded on the sunset hour. Not much space to walk through and I think they should have built the room differently, because there is a lot of space around and just a corridor on the sunset side.
