The Wax Museum, Surfers Paradise Reviews

  • This is an awesome place! Well worth the money. Make sure to read all the signs and go on the tour. The tour was the best bit, but we weren't allowed to photograph that. The people were also really nice! They gave us ice cream coupons which we used. I would definately go again.

  • Friendly and funny staff. Our kids (8,9,10 years) loved the chamber of horrors and the guided tour. Was really interesting to see the life size versions of celebrities....although we did google Sir Robert Menzies and think his head is depicted bigger than it actually was... can heads really be that big?? If so, how did he not fall over all the time??

  • Quite interesting but felt like the guide was just reciting dusty gags from the past tours. A bit tired but the figures are well set out so yeah give it a go

  • People running Wax museum really nice the tour was good some of the wax figures need to be updated or cleaned up or re-made..

  • The staff are very friendly and informative. The only 'mannequins ' that looked realistic was Princess Kate. Don't remember when Whitney Houston was white. I believe overpriced but I guess it's more for the guided tour downstairs.
