  • A comprehensive museum of Fijian history. Don't be deceived when you walk in, the main floor has some recreations and artifacts, but go through the gift shop and you will find a whole other world. From native history (including home, daily life and war implements) to colonial days and self rule as of 1970 as well as some flora and fauna. A worthwhile tour but be prepared to spend several hours to see everything.

  • I wish they'd pump a bit more money into this place. I usually take my overseas guests/visitors here. It's unfortunate given Fiji's rich history.

  • Very interesting place. Thoroughly enjoyed it & the gardens were lovely despite the rain on the day

  • Lovely spot to enjoy the Suva of old, have an awesomely hot coffee, family friendly with lots of room for kids to run around, lots of parking and a great tropical breeze!

  • Not a bad museum, but you did feel there was wasted potential with the exhibits. The gift shop was very good however
