Doane's Falls Reservation Reviews & Ratings
Really just so beautiful Reservation has very well defined paths that are easy to follow. The rangers (located on the campground) are very helpful and can guide you to your best suited trail. Campground has fully functional bathrooms (not Porter potty). The falls are gorgeous and have many three tiers to visit Great day trip!
Very much worth the trip from southern MA. Well marked trails and very beautiful views of the falls. Great for a nice hike and picnic with the family and the dog. Highly recommended for the views.
Beautiful Falls! I rated three stars because the trail is abandon looking and they don’t rake the pine needle like they must have when you could swim here. The pine needles that you could slip on and fall are very dangerous. Plus the railings guarding the cliffs need to be worked on! DO NOT BRING KIDS WHO ARE SMALL AND WONT STAY NEXT TO YOU. ID GO AGE 7 as lowest However if using great caution you get breath taking views of three falls. I enclosed my personal photos for you to see enjoy.
Great place to bring your dog and go for a nice hike. Takes about 30 min to go down to bottom of falls and 30 mins back up. There are two parking lots, one at the top and bottom. Make sure to keep dogs on Leash, they could easily slip off one of the cliffs, same with children. Keep your head up.
It was beautiful but if you dont like spiders I would avoid the place.
