Though there are many beautiful beaches in Sydney, this beach is unique in its own way. It's natural, historical and pleasant. We can see many flights wandering around this beach when they don't get air traffic clearance from ATC. It's interesting to see the frequency and pattern of flights in the air at this place.
Bare island that it may be, beautiful island it is. Wonderful memories, and amazing geology. May not be your usual tourist attraction, but definitely a place that worth visiting. Probably need a car 🚗 to get you there thought. Also seems like a popular place for wedding photograph.
Very accessible area and great place for fishing or to experience some of Sydney’s history. The morning’s and afternoons are a great time to visit.
I love this beach it's one of my favorite! The beach was clean and family oriented. The Castle walk along the bare island was beautiful. Definitely a good spot for photos. I rate this place 5/5😀
Very good for snorkeling. One side it is difficult to enter and there are heaps of sea urchins, but the other side is supposed to be very safe. Some pretty cool rocks! The whole thing is very beautiful though and there is parking nearby, but no bathrooms that I could find.
