  • Really nice hotel in fantastic location, great if you are coming to Sydney for a few days. Its located close to everything and our room had a really nice view of darling harbor. We arrived on Friday afternoon and the lobby was decorated with beautiful flowers and there was a pianist playing live, which was nice and unusual. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel buffet breakfast is fantastic, big selection for every taste - you can choose to have cold only or both cold and hot breakfast. Make sure to check out the bar on the top floor - it's a bit pricey, but a really cool place with fancy cocktails, cool crowd, funky music and amazing views!

  • The great hall (where they had the wedding reception I attended) was absolutely stunning. Fully equipped with anything a bride would want for her wedding reception. Food was delicious and the staff we're extremely polite and helpful.

  • I attended a work function at the Hyatt Regency and stayed the night as an overnight guest and the attention to detail was amazing. From the event during the day to the buffet style lunch that was served everything was organised with perfection. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time the service gets better and better. I always recommend the Hyatt to friends and family.

  • If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Would like to make a special 5-star mention to one of our wait staff - named Edward - who was looking after meals on our table at a wedding in the grand ballroom. His service is fantastic, kind, polite and professional. Excellent excellent service - thanks for making our night so amazing

  • I stay here on a weekly basis for work purposes even though there are much closer hotels to my worksite, as I've progressed my Hyatt World membership I'm finding staying here much more enjoyable as they always put me in their new tower which I love. Last week's stayed saw me welcomed with a lovely note, bottle of wine and apples, someone had been smoking overnight on my second night and I was moved promptly by their manager Victoria who also left me a second handwritten note and I was given a second bottle of wine along with chocolates once I moved into the new room. I really wish they had an indoor pool and updated gym as that would make them stand out, I read recently that their Canberra hotel has one of the best hotel gyms.
