  • Location was convenient. Service could be better - took a long time to have our bags collected. Bed comfy

  • I was here for an event. Great catering. Very attentive staff. I left my mobile in the bathroom and 30 minutes later I picked it up from the reception. Really good, friendly customer service.

  • Perfect location! Just touching the Darling Harbour. Was here for my uncle’s friend. A bit tough to find entrance by walk as we were walking down from Town Hall. Maps took us to back door first but there was no entrance. Had to ask someone and he showed us the way to entrance. Staff is polite and decent :)

  • Stayed 10 nights for Sydney's Vivid festival, the only issue I've found was from Thursday to Saturday it was noisy both in traffic and other customers in the hotel. Hotel staff were nice and Helen in the lounge was helpful. Location was excellent to get around the city.

  • The best hotel choice in Sydney if you don't mind not having a pool / spa / gym. I have stayed at a number of high-end hotels worldwide, but none came close to the attention I received here from the staff, whole helped me deal with a number of issues. The hotel is fantastically located next to Darling Harbour, the international convention centre, and a short taxi ride to just about anywhere else. It has a safe drop off point for the buses & taxis as well. The breakfast offered a very wide range of foods for every international visitor, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. As mentioned previously, I was missing a pool / spa as I would normally look for, but with Bondi and the other beaches nearby - I went for my workout there instead and it was one of the most amazing places to swim, run and relax - especially if you do the walk south of Bondi Beach to the smaller beaches and the high cliff areas.
