  • The diversity of students is really bad. More than 95% of studnets are from china and apparently company send European students to another place (Which I don't know why). Therefore if you want to enjoy your stay in Australia, I suggest to check other accommodation companies.

  • The worst staff I have ever seen, and I receive my express packages 1month later after they been received. the stuff is just unwilling to check even I asked them sincerely.

  • Expensive, terrible staff, racist. But good location, XD

  • Noise isolation between rooms is extremely bad

  • Worst place I have ever lived it. Hands down. They came into my room to do "quartley inspections" (which if that isn't enough to not live here just wait) and then proceeded to tell me how dirty my room was and that they were going to charge me for cleaning. I had a grand total of two dirty dishes in the sink and a couple of papers on my desk. When I complained via email I was comforted by the staff the next day telling me how rude I was and that "if I knew someone was coming over I should of cleaned my room." I'm paying $666 a week to be insulted. This urbanest will do whatever is in their power to steal your security deposit. They are borderline criminal. If they did not already lock me into paying for the whole semster I would have preferred to live on the street. The internet is terrible. The gym is just a couple of dumbbells, 3 treadmills and three machines. I've heard of mutible tenents complaining about cockroache infestations in their rooms, that urbannest refuses to do anything about. Oh, and the elevator can't go a mouth without breaking. For the love of god please do not make the same mistake I did and stay as far away from this place as possible.
