Tagaytay has a moderate climate as compared to its metropolis neighbour Manila. The temperatures here are relatively milder and the rainfall is abundant. As such, the best time to visit Tagaytay would be in the dry season, namely November to March.
Summer: Summer temperatures do not exceed 30 degree Celsius. The weather in summer is ideal for picnics, sports and outdoor activities. The relatively less humidity is ideal for those who love to be outside and one with nature. The best season to visit Tagaytay, summers last from March to May.
Winters: Winters in Tagaytay are a wee bit cooler than winters in bigger cities surrounding it. Expect misty breathes and dewy leaves in December, January and February. The temperatures do not fall below 18 degree Celsius.
Rainfall: Like the rest of Philippines, Tagaytay too experiences high amount of rainfall during its wet season. Avoid visiting the city during June to September because these months receive the highest amount of rainfall. October and November are also relatively wet.
