Museo Orlina, Tagaytay Reviews - Write a Review
It's good for an hours visit.. Interesting.. A lot of abstract.. If u r into abstract art it might be very interesting
All works are exceptional. There weren't too many people when we went there. Maybe people should patronize local artists more often. If not, this industry might fall. Cafe on the rooftop was closed that time so we weren't able to have a better view of the Taal Volcano.
Museo Orlina is the home of Ramon Orlina's glass sculptures. Apart from this, the Orlinas also hold an event called Tagaytay Art Beat that features different visual artists and indie music performers. You'll definitely love the ambiance especially the amphitheater. Oh, and did I mention that they have a roof deck with a great view of Taal? My friend and I stayed til morning after the first Tagaytay Artbeat to see what Taal looks like early in the morning.
I'm very happy to see the artistry of Orlina... His works of art are outstanding. Another must see when in Tagaytay.
The museum is beautiful and clean - it was a pleasant experience. The artworks are a sight to see.
