It is a lovely art centre located in the Taiping district of Taichung. The main aim of its establishment was to encourage art among folks and provide growth to all areas of arts and music. Despite being so heavily influenced with art, the place has once been a popular area for military practices which was later developed and rebuilt. Visit any day of the year and you will find it flocked with tourists and art lovers all eager to ardently indulge in it. It is rather small, consisting of 3 stories and a basement. The main philosophy that fuelled the concept of the centre is ‘Taichi Central Philosophy’ and ‘Art, Culture, Building’. Make a visit if your love art and wish to know more about it. The place is perfect to visit with family as well as it provides and easy escape to a creative world.
