Gaomei Wetland, Taipei Reviews - Write a Review

  • A great place to visit for a flat view of the sun and the ocean while walking on an extensively long boardwalk. But do take note of the high/low tide schedules which I neglected to take a picture of (I recall it's higher the first few months of the year). Because it was low recently and you can see lots of different small crabs.

  • Very strong wind when I reach the middle part and the last part of the platform. Really lucky to experience the strong wind.

  • Beautiful and very windy! Better be prepared with a sturdy windbreaker.

  • Either you like nature or photography or both. This is a very nice place also very unique. You would see all kinds of birds feeding at spring and fall. Sunset is always beautiful.

  • Great place to experience the sundown. Very cool that you can walk out into the shallow waters.
