  • Breakfast Con: Can order a list of different style cook of eggs& Buffet breakfast Pros: I think there's a little choice of breakfast maybe if I can order a main dish and pick some food from buffet would be much more better. Room Atmosphere: I think there's not enough chair in room: there's only one. Light was not enough with the desk in front of TV. Anyway, I'll love to stay here next time.

  • I actually booked the room for my parents. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They let us early check in and upgraded the room for us. I didn't stay in but my parents had a good time. I specially liked their design and concept which integrated Taiwan and aboriginal elements. Their breakfast was a delight. I Though there are a few things that they can improve: 1. The closet made loud noise when we closed it. 2. There were no place to put dry clothes in the bathroom. 3. Because of AC, the sandwiches were very dry in the restaurant. Overall, we liked it a lot. This hotel is very good for couples and families.

  • I accidentally broke a tea pot lid during my stay. Upon check-out, I decided it's best to be honest and tell the front desk instead of letting them find out afterwards. I was ready to pay for the damaged lid but did not expect them to be $2800. That's half of the room's rate! When I asked why a lid costs $2800, the answer I got was because the entire tea set is retailed at $2800. It didn't make sense for me to pay the full amount as it was already a used set.... So they said they'd give me a brand new tea set.... This entire process made me really uncomfortable. 1) It didn't felt like they had a system for incidents like this. 2) If the same thing had happened at a restaurant, I doubt that I'd be asked to pay for each glass I broke 3) The set obviously did not cost $2800 otherwise they wouldn't just give me a brand new set and it's "retailed" at $2800, the hotel definitely bought them with a discounted price when they buy in bulk.

  • Great location in upscale neighborhood, family Mart right next door. Not too far away from Subway lines. Nice clean rooms.

  • Very nice hotel! This one in Da An is comparatively more stylish than the one in Xin Yi Qu. The room is very spacious and modern, and the breakfast is nice. Have been here everytime I come to Taipei and will come again!
