The place looked clean and new, but the room and the bed were too small, unless our room (double). The greatest place of the hotel is the onsen, which is on the last floor. Although is very small too, some part of it is on the outside, so you could be in the hot water and cold air, gazing Tokyo from the top. Amazing!
Paid the extra for a room with a riverside view and it was worth it! Beautiful view with large windows and a tiny bit more room. Cleaning staff was very efficient. Only downside is that the room was small.
While I didn't book a night here, I did ask about it though. The price seems very reasonable even on busy days. Lobby looks nice but a bit small. Security seems decent as you need a key card to access the elevator. There is also a restaurant next door so dining would likely not be a problem either.
My second stay at this hotel. It's true, as many people write, that the rooms are small, even by Tokyo standards. But it's clean, the staff is always friendly and will help you to the greatest extent and it's price worthy. It's located close to subways and the Asakusa train station. The spa seems popular here, but there is a no tattoo policy at it.
Great place to stay at Asakusa area .... very clean quite and worth for money...highly recommend ...
