Spring (March to April): The average temperature during day hours stay around 13 to 19 degree Celsius. The nights are cooler because the temperature drops down to 4 degree Celsius. Rainfall is another common feature of the nature that you will face in this season. However, the precipitation level is lower as compared to summer. Hence, this off-season can be considered to visit Takamatsu.
Summer (May to September): The temperature during this season sometimes rises above 30 degree Celsius. Even at night, the temperature doesn’t drop much as you might expect. Added to this, heavy shower happens in this season, which make the climate hot and humid. So, avoid summer, period!
Autumn (October to November): Though the early autumn period does receive heavy shower. But by the end of autumn, the climate becomes a bit pleasant because the amount of rainfall decreases.

Though the temperature is quite low as compare to other seasons, but this season is best to explore the city. That’s why, winter sometimes turns out to be the peak season for Takamatsu.
