Sprawling over 150 acres, the Barnesfield Park is equipped with three baseball and softball fields, a little League Size field for the kids, two multipurpose fields, fitness loops and outdoor basketball courts. One of the softball fields is lighted. There are also horseshoe pits, clean washrooms and two picnic shelters for those who are not interested in high-energy gaming. Nature trails and hiking areas are there around the park for those who want to spend some quiet hours in the vicinity of nature. Operated by King George County, this park is a nice little spot to enjoy with your friends and family on a weekend.

  • My family has a birthday party here. This park has a great view. There us also a mini beach area where the kids were able to walk around in the water. There are also LOTS of seashells in the sand. I loved that the were alot of big trees that provided great shade. There's also a port-a-potty near the entrance to the park. There was plenty of open space for the boys to play football. My whole family enjoyed this outing.

  • Very nice playground. The fields are very well maintained. They also have a nice barbeque area.

  • Barnes Field is a hidden gem in King George. Our kids play sports there. Nice park setting. Convenient.

  • Well Google says I was there and Google knows all but honestly I have no idea where this park is guess I better check my written diary

  • Decent facilities for play. Baseball fields have been renovated. Soccer fields are ok. Playground is always busy. Has ok parking. With little league and soccer or similar all going on, there are lots of vehicles to contend with.
