Kohtuotsa Viewing Platform, Tallinn Reviews
The best place to have panoramic views of the city, even better than the churches towers. You can sit and admire the relaxing view or take great pictures. If you're visiting the city don't miss this spot.
Best place to get a picture of the city skyline. It's all uphill roads to get there so wheelchair accessible or if you have trouble with stairs.
Very easy to find and offering a great view over Tallinn and its old town. Great place fpr photos. Can get very crowded.
I had one night in Tallinn to see as much as I could. Nothing allows to see the Old Town other than a few great viewing platforms. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the Viru gates. The walk to the top is short, but slightly steep (nothing crazy). At the top, you are greeted by a quiet and romantic area with the Cathedral overlooking everything. I recommend that you just walk around and see what the area has to offer as it's quite nice. I discovered that there was not just one, but 3 viewing platforms in the vicinity. All platforms were just a few minutes a part from each other with different views of the town.
Nice spot to view the city of Tallinn and feed some seagulls (they do not eat almonds, only cashew nuts and maybe some bread)
