  • Great location. Amazing place. Services was great. everything was well maintained. I had a great experience. Room was clean with comfortable furniture. Interior was beautiful. Great view.

  • I should have paid more attention to the recent reviews before booking. Never had a bad experience at a Hilton hotel before and will probably not be using our Hilton honors account after this stay. Don't expect them to Bill you correctly, don't ask for anything that isn't already in the room at check in and whatever you do try to avoid asking for a manager at check out unless you want to argue with the girl at the desk for 25 minutes. Good location but the Marriott across the street is where I'll be staying in the future. So long Hilton. It's been fun

  • Dates of Stay: 9/29/19 - 10/1/19. On the second day of my stay, I was working at the desk in the bedroom area. I rolled the cube-like desk chair away from the desk, exposing dog feces underneath the desk. Alarmed that the room could go uncleaned and unnoticed for this long (it was dried into the carpet), I immediately called the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. My request was ignored and I was told Maintenance would come by. I asked for the front desk rep to let management know about the issue and was met with a cold, "Maintenance will be by your room". After waiting for 25 minutes, Maintenance finally showed up, looked at the feces and said "This is a housekeeping issue." I asked the Maintenance rep if I could speak to a manager and he said "Yes. What time would you like him to come by your room?" I said noon. Noon came and went with no manager visit. By this time I needed to shower and get to the convention center for a trade show, which I worked for the duration of my stay. I'm disturbed that Management didn't see this as a real issue of cleanliness and I wasn't moved rooms, or even allowed to speak to the manager. It was literally swept under the rug, just like the dog feces was swept under the desk to dry and fester.

  • If I could leave no stars I would ! The Hotel is under construction and the noise is deafening. To top it all off we now have no cable. I would strongly encourage everyone to find another Hotel in the area while the construction is being done. The Marriott and Westin are better choices.

  • Don't plan on getting a good night's sleep. If you make reservations for a king size bed and they sell all the rooms they will tell they will upgrade you to a queen size bed. The thermostat will read one thing but your room will feel like 20 degrees warmer. Therefore be prepared to sleep naked. The bright side is you can sleep when you get home.
