Aerial Tramway In Tbilisi, Tbilisi Reviews
This would surely be in must visit list for any duration of visit . You have to walk across Bridge of Peace , in the rike park . You need to take a MetroMoney Card(same card for Metro) for 2 GEL, One visit costs 2.5 GEL per person . You have to visit once at day where you could one way up and walk your way down. At night take a 2 way ticket after spending some considerable time at Narikala Fortress. The duration is short probably one and half minute but amazing views ,plus since it's only 4 persons so you get to have really good views. while going up . Rush was less and we didn't have to wait that long The station opens morning 10 am and closes at night 10pm.
Opened in 2012, a cable car connects Rike Park on the left bank of the Mtkvari river with Narikala Fortress. For only 2 Lari you can kill two birds with one stone – gaze at the fantastic 360-degree views of the city from the large windows of the car and have an easy ride to the top of the hill. The ride only takes a couple of minutes, which is our only complaint, because with such beautiful views to take in, the trip goes far too fast. We really hope that the officials in charge of the cable car read this and heed our plea to slow it down.
You get to see nice view of the city . If you planning to take it then suggest to take one way up to the hill as by the time you see the attractions you will be down the hill and its a nice walk down the hill
2.5 GEL per person. For kids too. Any age. Huge queue. Ride for 3 minutes approx. to get to the top. I don't recommend for youth (use your legs people! ). For elderly people and for families with small kids will be perfect!
Nice experience. Awesome view. Bad staff.. except for 1
