Aerial Tramway In Tbilisi, Tbilisi Reviews

  • Very good experience for me and my family It is affordable. The view from the top is beautiful You can see the whole city from the top There are things you can do beside the beautiful view. Like Botanical Garden Zip line, and many other things. You can buy a treat for your kids too, like ice cream, watermelon slices or cherry juice. You better pick a good time to say long there Couple hours before sunset is the best time for me.

  • Aerial Tramway is a good experience for the tourist in Tbilisi, Is a very fast way to go up to the fortress and in the same time to inspect the old town from flying cab. Beautiful panorama will satisfy you! Don't hesitate to take it.

  • Nice short ride less than 2 minutes. It is easier to get to Narikala by this cable car and then go down to the old city. You might get stuck in the long queue. Rather cheap compared to other countries. You need to buy a card in the ticket office there and charge it. It is the same card as for the metro.

  • The Aerial Tram way starts from Tram way station in the Rike Park and ends near entrance to Botanical Garden. The travel time is about Two minutes and costs 2.5 Lari (One way). You can capture great views of old Tbilisi as you go up. From the top you can go to Cartlis Deda view point and Narikala fortress. There are some souvenir and food shops at the top. You can even access Botanical Garden. Inside botanical garden there is one breathtaking ride to the center of garden which will cost you 30 Lari. But you have to climb back to the top. From the Narikala fortress we took the back road going to the Sulfur water falls which are mush visit. After Sulfur water falls we continued walking to see the Jumha Mosque.

  • It can be a bit creepy when ascending on a windy day but it is safe and worth it. The view from the top is amazing.
