  • Ok hotel for price & location. Window was broke so had to improvise by popping a toilet roll between the latch & sill! It was basic & tidy & easy enough to come & go as you please. Rooms & floors were very secure so was comfortable staying. No real customer service though, did feel a bit of a pain when i had to check in however there was a lovely girl.who was the cleaner who was so friendly polite n chatty in the lift, this made up for it. Would stay there again for the price I paid, if your happy with basic room with no trimmings but clean & comfortable then id certainly recommend

  • It's perfectly comfortable and good value for money. No luxuries, but none are expected for the price. The breakfast was edible, but next time I'll get the room only deal and buy better breakfast elsewhere.

  • This was a lovely clean hotel room and exactly where we needed to be. The room had tea and coffee available. The ensuite was small but had a lovely shower. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, offering to move their cars if there was not enough room in the car park, however it was not needed. The car park was reached by a very narrow ramp and I did need the help of my daughter to check that I did not scrap the sides of the SUV! The"all you can eat breakfast" was very welcome and worth the extra money especially as I had children and they eat free. All in all a good experience.

  • Nice that there is car park there, if you can get a space. Was assured when I phoned that I would get a space. However, was completely full when we got there and so had to hunt for a space on the nearby streets. Checked in fine but then room key card didn't work. Had to go back to reception to get it re-coded. It was a warm evening, but nothing compared to the room, which was roasting. Couldn't open the windows, no air conditioning and no fan in the room. Had to go to reception again to ask for a fan, which was then brought up. Other than that though, room was clean and staff courteous. Breakfast was good too. Good location for our needs (near Hampton Court). Overall quite good despite the parking issues and hot room.

  • Standard Travelodge. Relatively cheap for London location and with free car parking. Close to station for train to central London. Only downside is our mattress felt like it could have done with replacing, not as comfy as usual
