  • This was a lovely clean hotel room and exactly where we needed to be. The room had tea and coffee available. The ensuite was small but had a lovely shower. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, offering to move their cars if there was not enough room in the car park, however it was not needed. The car park was reached by a very narrow ramp and I did need the help of my daughter to check that I did not scrap the sides of the SUV! The"all you can eat breakfast" was very welcome and worth the extra money especially as I had children and they eat free. All in all a good experience.

  • Nice that there is car park there, if you can get a space. Was assured when I phoned that I would get a space. However, was completely full when we got there and so had to hunt for a space on the nearby streets. Checked in fine but then room key card didn't work. Had to go back to reception to get it re-coded. It was a warm evening, but nothing compared to the room, which was roasting. Couldn't open the windows, no air conditioning and no fan in the room. Had to go to reception again to ask for a fan, which was then brought up. Other than that though, room was clean and staff courteous. Breakfast was good too. Good location for our needs (near Hampton Court). Overall quite good despite the parking issues and hot room.

  • Was provided with a disabled room as all other rooms where booked. The bathroom reeked of what I can only describe as old sick person / nursing home. Terrible breakfast and parking is a challenge to get in and out of with the steep ramps

  • The hotel was very close to my visit the best day so it was perfectly situated for me. However. None of the rooms had air con. It was 30 degrees outside and the room was like an oven, even with the window open the little it could be opened. Can't blame the hotel for the weather. However, dinner that night must've been microwaved as the burger buns wete soggy and the meat tasted like a Rustler microwave one. I love them but not at the price I paid. Breakfast was a disaster. Everything was roof solid and the hash browns tasted like cardboard. Spider webs everywhere, dead flies where you would imagine they would be cleaned up (right next to dinner tables). Would not go back here at all.

  • Fantastic place to stay. On a brief trip to London to visit family, staff so helpful, family room for us and 2 children was enormous and very clean. Bar downstairs was very good and a great area to relax in. The breakfast was one of the best I have had (and I like my breakfast) and so much for the kids to choose from as well. Any hotel is only as good as its staff though and luckily for Travelodge this place scores top marks. 10 out of 10. We will be back.
