Forming a curved nook on the coastline of southern Thasos island, the Agia Anna Beach is a loved spot to see the sunset at the horizon. Not many people come here often since it is not as commercially known as some of the other beaches in Thasos but a short walk here is enough to tempt you to stay for a few hours exploring the blue waters of the Aegean sea. The sandy beach itself is rather narrow with a few rocky shores that form outcrops at the base of the forested area. Come here for a dip in the sea especially if you love places that are a little bit of a local secret!
