Kottoor Kappukadu Elephant Rehabilitation Centre, Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala is home to elephants which need some love and care and above all a safe place to stay. • The best time to visit the kottoor ecotourism center is at 9.30 am when the animals are given a bath.
