Check the timing before you go! The place is really beautiful. The wind.. The view.. The scenic beauty.. Nature is blended with a little artificial touch. The timing as per the official met there is from evening 5.00pm.. N it is highly recommended that not to go there in the day time as the public and the caretaker of the place will look the visitors suspiciously.. They do have point in their suspicion still we go there to hangout and to get calm unpolluted air then why to get into trouble with the locals. There is the shiva temple and will be open at in the early morning 5.30am to 9.00am and evening 5pm to 7pm only. But almost all sites shows the time incorrectly. Hope this review is helpful.

  • a day ago 'Wow!' is the one word I would like to use to describe this place. It had such an amazing view from the top of the rock. The bamboo bridge was an additional delight. The whole place is under CCTV surveillance so it's safe for solo travellers... It's a must visit place in Trivandrum.

  • Shiva Temple here is very old temple, people say that it is 800 years old. Huts here is maintained by the Kerala govt here is very good. Nice place for the weekend getaways with the kids, can have good time here. We had a good time with a group of friends. Had nice lunch here got from home prepared food. Here we would not get any thing to eat. If you want to have something, you have to go for 3-4 Kms to buy.

  • It's an ancient temple inside a cave, there is a view point near by where you can see the Arabian sea from the top. Morning and evening are the better time to visit. It would be very hot during the noon11am -3pm
