Priyadarshini Planetarium, Trivandrum Reviews

  • 5 stars for the AMAZING Planetarium. The new Planetarium with tilted dome and 2K projection is really great to watch. Other exhibits in science and maths are good, but almost age over. The park is good for kids ― away from city's disturbances. Must go and watch the planetarium anyway.

  • Great idea, well implemented but hardly any maintenance. The planetarium is the best thing. 3D and 6D exhibits are not worth the time (especially when there are amazing movies around us, maybe this has lost its charm). More than half of the exhibits don't work and are damaged, especially in the electrical gallery. Also, the science park team needs to have a combined ticket for all the attractions there. The cafeteria and toilet services could be improved substantially. Parking is usually available within the premises.

  • Need better maintenance. The 3D theatre was a mess. Picture quality was bad. The audio was continually failing and as a remedy they repeatedly played from beginning. My LG 3D at home is the best.

  • Planetarium is top notch. Great experience.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Go for it!!! 3D & 6D theatres are the worst you'll ever see. 👎 Never go for it!! Don't even bring kids to 3D & 6D. Better go to some movie theatres and watch 3D films. Science Museum is good for kids.

  • Lovely place. We did their gallery and planetarium, wonderful experience. The bio section doesn't work properly, but they more than make it up in general science and park.
