  • Baptism is a wonderful experience for yourself and to watch others. The Jordan river is cool and refreshing, I wanted to swim in there! The shop is great, with a good selection of books, and has an awesome collection of t-shirts. They have a great sense if humor, I wish I could buy them all!

  • The entrance was free and the place looked pretty good and well maintained. Also u can find a big souvenir shop with some really nice stuff. There were many groups of tourists but wasn't too crowded.

  • A very popular baptismal site from different countries come here as Jesus was baptized on the same body of water in the Jordan river

  • The religious and historical significance of this site is awe inspiring. But I was disappointed in how commercialized the operation was, with food stands and a huge gift shop - which while containing some very appropriate religious items, also carries a lot of completely unrelated rubbish, like silly t-shirts.

  • Really nice area where y ok u are able to be baptized. Facilities are clean and the area is beautiful. Worth the trip if you are in the area. Gift shop is actually very nice.
