Dajti stands tall at a height of 1,613 m above the sea level and is a popular spot among people who are interested in hiking. During the months of winter, the mountain often remains covered in snow and that is a popular retreat to the population of Tirana which rarely gets to see snowfall. Its slopes are filled with forests of oak beech and pines while its interior consists of canyons, caves, waterfalls, a lake as well as an ancient castle. There’s also a cable car that takes people up towards the mountain from where they can enjoy the scenic view. If you would like to go hiking amidst the wondrous beauty of nature, Dajti offers the ideal opportunity for that.
How to Reach Dajti

Nice view, good hike
Went up there by cable car - scenic view over Tirana is magnificent of course. Activites there are good for small kids (playgrounds), and lunch is also fine. Good for a half-day trip for sure.
Great place for day hikes, amazing views and amazing cable car
Great point of view but ... garbages cans are on the floor..
As a guide that leaves in Tirana, I feel blessed for what Tirana offers, especially because of Dajti mountain.Everyone visiting Tirana all 4 seasons, will have the opportunity to see the capital from the top. For nature lovers that have not much time, Dajti mountain offers the best opportunity for a short day or long day. Thanks to it's distance and the cable car that takes people so quick to the Park of Dajti.
