On the west coast of Vancourver Island, lies the Clayoquot Sound. It is surrounded by the Esowista Peninsula towards the south and Hesquiat Peninsula to the North. The water body comprises of numerous inlets and islands. Some of the major inlets are Sydney Inlet, Shelter Inlet, Herbert Inlet, Bedwell Inlet, Lemmens Inlet, and Tofino Inlet. Some of the important islands are Flores Island, Vargas Island, and Meares Island. It serves as a popular tourists attraction and gives an amazing panoramic view.
