  • Lovely staff but was very disappointed in the room. The bed was clean but there were dirty marks all over the walls. Some were clearly organic stains (snot and other stuff?). There were cracks in the toilet seat and generally the room was tatty and tired looking. The walls are very thin, I could even make out what a group of three girls were talking about next door. I was surprised as usually the attention to cleanliness in Japan is unsurpassed. Wouldn't recommend.

  • For the price this is so worth it. For a couple on a budget it works great. Overall clean just not as up to date as more expensive hotels. If you're expecting a Hilton at this price you'll be sorely disappointed but if you're expecting a safe version of Motel 8 you're in luck (if it's your first time going to a Japanese hotel PLEASE NOTE ALL JAPAN HOTELS IN THE CITY ARE TINY UNLESS YOU DO A LOVE HOTEL)

  • Good location. Surrounded by many eateries and only 2 minute-walk away from shin okubo station. It's just their check-in time that a little bit too much for weary travelers who just had a long flight or a sleepless night on a bus. 4pm! Can you imagine?

  • Located between Okubo and Shin-okubo station. Closer to Shin-okubo but Okubo station has elevator whilst the other doesn't.

  • Very small, can hear everything in the hall, not the cleanest, but a good location.
