  • The hotel locates opposite to Fujisan. When you arrive the hotel, you just seat at a waiting area enjoy welcome snack and drink. The hotel's staff will do check-in process for you. The hotel provides excellent services , foods with superb ambient. Recommend for spend your holiday here.

  • Amazing Mt Fuji view from the hotel room and outdoor onsen! The hotel was quiet when I was there and I had onsen by myself. The hotel was well maintained and the staff was helpful. Highly recommended!

  • One of the most amazing stays I've ever had in a hotel. The rooms with the private onsens are worth every penny. The view was incredible, the newly renovated rooms are great, I just can't say enough good about this place! The most memorable stay I've ever had!

  • Best view to see Mt. Fuji! Fantastic room and hot spring. Very good food and service.

  • I go to a lot of onsen but this is my favorite by far. They recently renovated the in room onsen and room. The renovations are amazing! There is buffet and teppanyaki (Chef cooks in front of you) well worth the money. Staff is amazing! We go at least once a year! Sadly we are moving back to the states but we will be back! Did I say the view it is amazing!
