Les Grands Arbres, Tokyo Reviews

  • Found this place really by chance, as i was looking for a post office in the area, and first thing that catches the eye is the really pretty setting. The huge trees, the lovely tree house and the colorful sets of flowers are irresistibly inviting. The inside is just as lovely, with a fine combination of plants and slightly rustic central european ambiance, but if the weather is nice, i recommend the terrace. About the food, i haven’t tried everything, but the pancakes are good (that crazy fluffiness), the pasta was very tasty, and the ice cream simply delicious. I was lucky being there at good times (early afternoon) and never had to wait, but i can imagine this place being crowded normally.

  • It is very disappointing place! The dessert is not very tasty! When I came here, the place was full. The staff said: “You can not wait here, and you need to leave your phone number, once we have a seat, we will call you! “But we are foreign visitors, we don’t have local numbers! and they don’t accept foreign telephone number as well, which means there are no other ways for us to get a table! Luckily, some once just leave and we still get a table! But at last, they asked for more price than we ordered, which is very unbelievable! I’ll no more visit, and I don’t recommend this place as well!

  • Quite a unique place... Stairs were a bit hard to go up and down from (residually in heels) food was filling and delicious 😋

  • The most charming cafe/flower shop I’ve ever been to. A hidden gem for sure!!!

  • Exterior of the building is a treehouse and makes for great photo spot! Beautifully decorated flower shop (shame no photos of the shop allowed) on the ground floor. 3rd floor is a cafe, the day we went was busy without a queue on a weekday afternoon. Staff was nice and attentive and afternoon tea set was pretty good!
