One of the cleanest hotels i have been. Rooms are just perfect. Large and clean. The lobby is nice and the Disney store is the cherry on top. Convenience store is located at the lobby. Buffet needs consistency and faster refilling. Staff are great but they don't speak english in the reception, talking to them takes time and more likely, there will be a miscommunication. I really had a hard time communicating with them. Make sure to bring a translator app in your phone. I only thought of that on our last day. This hotel has a lot of potential.
Had a great time here. Indeed value for money. Convenient store located on the ground floor is a plus and late night dining in the restaurant is really good and affordable. Hotel is mostly for japanese guests, so don't forget your japanese ;-)
we really enjoyed our stay. the air conditioning did not provide translation in english for the control so . we ended up freezing our selves. Also I could not sleep because of the pillows. they were not comfortable at all. We did however love the natural store. inside the hotel very convenient, And we did not like that there wasn't any fast food places around to eat other than the restaurant down stairs which was closed the day we were there and notice the prices were very expensive. we had to go to Mahaima station for food. The people from thefront desk and in general everyone were extremely nice i will give it4 stars just because of that.
Very clean. Polite, professional, excellent service. Comfortable rooms, generous room provisions. Cute little disney shop in the hotel. Small kids area in the lobby while you wait. Shuttle service to Disneyland. Nice relaxing onsen on top floor. This was my 2nd time there. Happy with my stay both times.
Cozy and clean. Plenty of facilities. Recommended to disneyland visitor
