  • Unique experience, clean place, enjoyed my stay there. Would be nice if it has elevator though :)

  • High-end capsule hotel For ladies only. Very quiet area, nice large sauna.

  • I loved this place! If you happen to travel alone, this place is awesome. They'll give you free amenities and a sleeping gown to borrow. I loved the clean rooms. Free coffee and tea at the common room. The dressing room has hairdryer and the public bath is also very convienient.

  • If you need absolute silence to sleep, this place is not for you. People come in and out of their capsules throughout the night and it gets kind of noisy. The bath is the perfect way to relax after a long flight. Yes you are naked and yes it's communal, but that's the authentic Japanese way! All guests get a free Yukata during their stay. You can even wear it to dine at the attached restaurant. The food there is pleasantly delicious. Loved everything about this place

  • Super affordable, free onsen baggy contained nice facial cleansers, etc. Onsen was much nicer than I thought for the price! Capsules were quite large with plug and USB power outlets. Lights in the capsule are dimmable. Lockers were large and you set your own number on the lock. No room for large luggage here as lockers will fit only a large carry all. Each capsule room had its own western toilet. Showers only at the public baths, but were separated as open door cubicles if you don't want the traditional sit showers. Clean and modern. Much nicer than the ones you see on TV. Female only. Beds mattresses were a bit thin so for me (someone who suffers from bad back from time to time) it was uncomfortable for sleeping, but my friends got to sleep really easily! Capsules room is open to the outside corridor for other checking in guests so quietness is a lottery depending on the other strangers in your room. Capsules screen shuttered, not door shuttered, so again quietness depends on other guests. WiFi available. Reception desk is outside on the street. The capsule and bath area is number locked from the outside world so it's pretty safe, public spaces have CCTV so you don't need to worry about strangers too much. If you managed to book out all the capsules in the room you can lock the door for security.
