  • Pompompurin is very cute and popular in Japan right now. The cafe is small and cute. I wish their menu were larger because I felt the options were slim. Overall it's good if you want to eat otherwise they don't have anything else that's special. The green tea tiramisu was so creamy. There's a small shop area at the front. Service was very slow, and we had to ask for food. The omelette took about 20 minutes to arrive. It was not busy on Monday around 4-5pm.

  • The cuteness is what draw its customers. Other than that, everything else is standard. Their food doesn't have much taste to it. The only they it has is the presentation. Same goes for the drinks. And the staff was not nice at all. They were all just spitting out some bad vibes.

  • Terrible service! Yes, everything is cute but a half-full restaurant took 20 mins to be seated, nearly an hour for food to come and when it did our drinks were forgotten and came out AFTER we were done eating. Ask yourself before coming: is the cuteness really worth the stress and inflated prices?

  • Staff is absolutely terrible. We saw over half the staff lounging in the kitchen area while one or two waitresses did all the work, which were apparently too busy to notice us for 15 minutes. We left before we had any service.

  • Limited choices on menu. Be warned- they expect each customer to order 1 item, i.e. No sharing.
