Tiny hole-in-the-wall standing sushi bar in the Tobu Hope Center. I'm an American, so it's tough for me to tell the good from the really good - but for me, this sushi was life-changing good. The 本マグロ set - three pieces of pacific bluefin tuna (one red, one medium fatty, and one fatty) - was so delicious that I had to order it twice. When I go back to Japan, I'll definitely be stopping by here to get it again.
