  • ちょっとしたエクササイズ目的でインラインで滑っていました。 これだけの規模の室内リンクは、国内では貴重な存在。 アイススケートみたいに寒くないし、レンタルシューズのエッジ研磨が甘く滑りづらいと言うこともないし、ローラースケートリンクがもう少し全国的に流行ってくれれば良いと思います。 インラインスケートはローラースケートより取っつきにくいとは思いますが、慣れればスピードも出るし、コーナーリングとかもやりやすいし、楽しくフィットネスができます。 2時間も滑ると意外とハードで有酸素運動的な要素もあるので、ダイエット等にも良いかもしれない。 レンタルシューズはローラースケートとインラインスケートの選択ができるし、インラインスケートが難しいと感じたら、交換もしてもらえるので、チャレンジしてみてはいかがでしょうか?
