Talk about a train station! this place is amazing how clean and easy it is to follow directions. also the cool view of all the trains is awesome too coming from a town where there is only one train in one train out.
An amazing station. it offers everything in a well-organized manner. Merchandises that are alike are lined in the same row. Guaranteed there's something for everyone of all ages! You also find many great Japanese restaurants in here.
Bought JR tickets here. The kiosks only accept domestic credit cards. To use international credit cards, go to the room next to the kiosks, where you can have in-person interactions. The staff is quite helpful.
FOOD AND SHOPPING!!! Obviously this is one of the largest station for the Shinkensen and also the metro trains that runs through Tokyo. I love stopping by the Ekiben shop to buy the bentos before any train ride. Heaps of directions and signs in English so you definitely won't get lost. Most of the staff are able to communicate in English.
Its clean, clearly marked in both Wnglish and Japanese. Just make sure you know the end destination of your train to easily find your train
