The Shawnee North Family Aquatic Center features a 3-pool design which encompasses a lot of contemporary amenities. The lazy river is the most popular attraction here while there’s also a separate area for the toddlers, a zero-depth entry as well as handicap accessibility. There are a wide variety of slides and reserved areas which are great for private parties. In the toddler area, the Viking theme is portrayed through the rocks cape formations. The lifeguards here are very attentive and make sure that everyone’s safe. There’s enough shaded area and lounge chairs so that you can bask in the sun and relax while your kids run around and have fun. All such things make it the ideal place to visit on a warm morning or afternoon.

  • Great place with pools for all ages, lazy river, and lots of water slides! Bring your own lock if you want your things secured. Food and drinks available and reasonably priced! Great park! 2 thumbs up! 🙂

  • Very nice facility! Large lots of space clean and well kept. Delicious big hot dog for only 2$. Great park outside for a party.

  • A really good family pool, we went around Noon on a Saturday and they definitely need more chairs available, we ended up putting our bag of belongings on the ground because there were literally none available! Once we arrived it took over ten minutes to get into the park - they do need a better system of getting people in and out of the park but other than that it was a great time!

  • We went for the dog swim. Lots of dogs to play with and purple seemed to be taking good care of them

  • So amazed with the staff. They cured my grandpa’s Parkinson’s. Enjoyed the river too.
