  • The AGO features beautiful works of art and fantastic special exhibits from Canadian and foreign artists. It's a wonderful place to take infants when the weather is too cold for walking outdoors. The atmosphere is calm and serene. Wheelchair and stroller accessible entrances and bathrooms with change tables. Lots of comfy chairs in quiet places to breastfeed and you can get a delicious, healthy and affordable meal in the cafeteria and memberships are very reasonably priced. Highly recommended for art lovers and new moms.

  • Wonderful exhibits of both classical and contemporary Art. Changing exhibits so always something new to see. This gallery is huge do don't try to see everything in one day or you'll burn out quickly. The gift shop is not cheesy. High end reproductions, books and gifts make it a great place to shop.

  • Lovely , big museum at the heart of Toronto. Its spacious and contains a lot of great art pieces. They have a lot of section so prepare at a day alone if you want to visit everything in this museum. I really like the Jean Paul Riopelle art. If you want a calm and peaceful evening this is the perfect occasion to visit!

  • Great place to come to learn about lots of history and art. It is also free on Wednesdays, so I would recommend going then if you are up for saving. The place is also really big and has lots of different rooms/floors so be sure to bring a pair of shoes you are comfortable in.

  • AGO is my favourite place to go in Toronto. I have been a member for several years and attended all the major Exhibitions. Gallery has a great "aura" and staff works hard to expose us to a better things in life. I recommend to take a guided tour to see Highlights of the collection, it is quite informative and led by the passionate guides. The Member's Lounge is a nice place to take a break or enjoy afternoon tea. I am a fan.
