  • Located close to the airport with a convenient shuttle that runs all day (early morning to late evening). The updated rooms are nice with nice beds and plenty of plugs throughout the room for all types of chargers. The hotel also has a larger pool and workout facility that is well kept and stocked with newer equipment.

  • BED BUGS! We were staying here two weekends ago when my wife noticed a bed bug crawling on my face while I took an afternoon nap, which she was able to catch. While I understand these things happen, the way it was handled was awful. My wife called the front desk as to not make a scene. The maintenance man came up and confiscated the bug and gave us keys to a new room. He was very dismissive and said it wasn't a big deal. We searched the room and found some evidence of bugs (black marks on the bed skirt. Also we found ANOTHER DEAD BED BUG! what really made us upset is that we asked for big contractor style garbage bags to put our stuff in so that we wouldn't spread any that had gotten into our luggage, and they brought up small office sized trash can liners! Later that week they emailed to say the room was checked by Orkin and no issues were found and the room was put back into use on Monday. Management was very dismissive and unhelpful throughout this entire process. After some phone calls to corporate we were given 5,000 Marriott points.... which comes out to approximately $20.00. Mind you we had to throw some of our possessions away including our suitcase (which is recommended after finding bed bugs). Based on this WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

  • They were going through renovations and so should have offered a discount (in my opinion). They said they would have two play pens for me, as I have twins, but only had one. Food at the little restaurant/cafe was good.

  • Great hotel. Been staying there for years. Staff is great. Currently remodeling. Should be completed soon.

  • Came here with some friends for a trip to Toronto. A little disappointed that the pool was out of service for renovations, but not a big deal. Very friendly staff and very accommodating. There was hammering going on above is the first day, and my friend asked if it would continue. They said possibly but it didn't happen, which was, I imagine, because he notified them we were below and could hear it. My only qualm was there was not a clear notice that we would have to pay 15 dollars per day for parking in their lot.
