  • First visit: Rooms were boiling hot, AC was broken, pool/fitness was closed for "making improvements for your next visit" Second visit: (1 month later) Pool/fitness room were still closed for the same reason, all elevators were out of service in the morning making us almost miss a flight. To top it off the internet was also very poor. Will probably never give this hotel another visit.

  • The room was comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially since we were a last minute boolong.

  • It was really nice and relaxing. The shuttle bus was easy to find and always people around airport knew where to find it. There was a nice water cooler with ice and lemon in the lobby and reception was very quick and friendly. The hotel is really close to the airport so there is a little bit of noise from planes flying overhead but not to bad. There is a small convience store in lobby to buy a few snacks anytime at night.

  • EXTREMELY DISHONORABLE STAFF, THEY HAVE A BUNCH OF DIRTY THEIVES WORKING FOR THEM AS CLEANING STAFF. left a jacket in room 413, their was only 1 cleaning guy on the 4th floor as we were going down , we called but front desk said the jacket was not turned in i am absolutely disgusted with their staff

  • Every single employee that we saw, greeted us with a smile and kind words. Small things like that make staying at hotels a better experience
