Courtyard Toronto Airport, Toronto Reviews
I've stayed multiple nights at this property on a few occasions while attending conferences or events in the area. Rooms are spacious, well appointed and modern. The property has a single restaurant / bar / bistro on the first floor just off the lobby. It's functional but without any particular special character or ambiance. Service can get backlogged depending on the time of day. Parking is very straight forward using display tickets - be sure you get a room rate that includes parking or it will be an additional $15/day.
Stayed two nights at this hotel while working nights in Brampton. The drive was annoyingly long, but might be better for someone working days. That being said, I was sleeping during the day and there were lots of people walking the halls, but the rooms are pretty quiet (even with the airplanes). I'm not a fan of the bistro at Courtyard hotels because most of the items are not fresh cooked, just warmed up. I did have a good experience with the front desk staff when they figured out how to save me about $30/day when my booking agent had purchased the wrong room rate. The area manager also expressed interest in working with my company to establish a discount rate.
Great hotel. Sparking clean. Very friendly staff, and very comfortable room. Pleasant decorations and interior design. Complaints: $15 for parking, $4 for in room water bottle. TV did not work at night, when called in to the front desk, they said maintenance wasn't available - this was early evening on a Saturday.
Great place to stay or arrangr events at. Nice staff. Has nice tidy and clean rooms and good room service. The pool and the gym are also good. The parking is free. There also meeting rooms and event management/planning done by Courtyard.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the climate control is easy to operate. Fast elevators, too. Which can be a rare thing in many hotels. The bistro in the lobby doesn't take debit, but that's not a big deal in my opinion. Overall a great stay!
