  • Stumbled upon this place and decided to try it and I am SO glad I did. This will definitely be a go-to for me now. I got the California burger which has to be one of the best burgers I've had in the city, even more impressive since it's vegan. They definitely don't skimp on the toppings and I'm pretty sure this place has managed to create the perfect burger bun. Also order the buffalo cauliflower as a side. I was a bit skeptical at first because I usually expect them to be drenched in sauce and these weren't however they were delicious and crunchy with just the right amount of kick. I can never manage to get the crunch when I try and make these myself so I will probably be addicted to these now. The service was also super friendly. Will be back soon to check out more of the menu (milkshakes!).

  • I'm always happy to see new vegetarian/vegan places pop up in Toronto because I'm all for having more options (especially when it comes to veggie burgers). I've been here about three times since this place opened (the first time was about 2-3 weeks after it opened). The first two times were alright and the second time I went with a friend. However, as the months passed, I feel like their consistency with quality control was a bit lacking. The third time I went the onion rings were bland and the salad was *drenched* in dressing. So right now I'm kinda meh on this place and hope there's some improvements made in the future.

  • It was my first time trying out Planta burger with my friends yesterday, and we agreed that the sides tasted better than our burger.. Unfortunately the burger isn't that sturdy and literally deconstructs itself because of all the toppings, but it was still tasty. I'd definitely recommend the Queso fries and the onion rings! Will be back to try out the cauliflower side. Great service, though :)

  • Their Ceasar salad was the best I've ever had! It was so flavourful almost a meal in itself. I've had a couple different burgers here and both were great... Classic and California I think. Staff is friendly. Service was fast. Love the decor too!

  • Such a delicious vegan burger and we even finished with a milkshake 😜 we loved the classic burger and also tried the “crab cake” burger which was nice (but not as good as the classic one). I just love to find those cosy vegan places when I’m traveling - totally recommended as the staff was also super nice! Had a really good experience
