Metropolitan Toronto Police Museum And Discovery Centre - Review
The Toronto Police Service has been around since 1984 and has a proud history. That’s why they have dedicated 3000 square feet of their police headquarters to a quite interesting historical museum focusing on the force. With tonnes of exhibits and memorabilia related to their methodology, sensational cases, tools of the trade (vehicles, weapons, uniforms) and landmark achievements, this museum manages to surprise and delight practically every visitor.

Metropolitan Toronto Police Museum And Discovery Centre, Toronto Reviews
Came here when there was a really big homicide investigation going on and there were press everywhere. Nevertheless, the museum was amazing. It may be small but there was a lot of interesting things here.
You have to do a security check of your bags and a quick body scan before you enter. It's a small exhibition, but interesting and informative nevertheless. I particularly enjoyed the exhibits explaining various cases and how they were solved. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and have about 1hr to spare.
Nice small museum with history of the Toronto police force and exhibit of uniforms and equipment The entrance to the museum is free and you can spend 15 minutes to 1 hour there (depending on whether you would like read the descriptions or not)
For such a small museum (and clearly just a side project for the police department) this exhibit was very well done & engaging!
It's well designed, diverse in artifacts, factually based and FREE! It provides a very good history of the Toronto police albeit during relatively inconveinent hours.
