Queen West, Toronto Reviews

  • Hands-Down my favourite restaurant in Toronto! I always recommend. The wine list is amazing and the staff are super helpful; all the pizzas are delicious and the pasta too! Bread with olive oil comes with the table and it is always fresh and lovely. My suggestion? Go with a group and share the meat and cheese platter, a bottle of wine, and a pizza or two. The lava cake can’t be missed either! A word of warning to the hungry: the pasta servings aren’t as huge as chain restaurants. The taste more than makes up for it, but if you’re /very/ hungry go for a pizza.

  • Great Italian restaurant. Very busy during lunch hours. The food was delicous. I love the thin crust pizzas. The service was quick and the staff friendly. Here you can also find Italian condiments, pasta and more to buy. It says it's family owned. If you like Italian food, don't think twice.

  • My second visit at Terroni and this time went there to have some great food. Well the food wasn’t even reaching mediocre level. For the record that is not Italian food. What they do is some randomly invented recipes that do not have any resemblance with Italian cuisine. The menu is hard to heard, all written in Italian apparently. Plus it is very pretentiously priced for the quality you get. Ohh and you’re not allowed to change orders because the chef doesn’t like it. They have a good wine list though so totally recommend it for drinks. Service is really good too and very friendly and engaging. Go for their back yard and the vibe, very nice.

  • Oh man, this place is the bomb! Coffee and Espresso is perfect, literally perfect. Pizza is awesome too and the flat bread was delightful. Service speed was decent but the restaurant design makes it easy to wait. No wait for a seat though and the staff was very very friendly and gracious. I loved every minute of this restaurant and I wish them the best of luck! Also, you can dine behind in a courtyard that's pretty but we sat at the front and people watched out the window.

  • My second trip to Terroni and it was even better than the first time. I had a pasta dish that was excellent. Our server was brilliant and so helpful. I was with some older family members who are fussy eaters but they both found something on the menu to suit their tastes, and they raved about their meals. This place is busy but the service was good and food came out quickly. Great place to take visitors to the city. I phoned ahead as one of my family has a disability - but the staff were really helpful explaining accessibility over the phone, and booked us a table on the ground floor. There are gender neutral bathrooms on the ground floor with 4 small steps up to them (with a hand rail).
