Steam Whistle Brewing - Review
If you’re a beer drinker and you’re in Canada long enough you’re guaranteed to eventually hear about this brewery. They make one beer, and one beer only: a GMO-free traditionally brewed premium Pilsner that they serve in bright green bottles. And Toronto cannot get enough of it. Which means that even if you forego the brewery tour, your trip to this city will remain incomplete without at least a 6-pack sample of their delicious drink.
And don’t forget to ask them which food item from their menu is best paired with the beer. Also, visit the popular attractions in the city by following Toronto Itinerary 7 Days.

Steam Whistle Brewing, Toronto Reviews
The tour inside the factory is amazing! All the staff seems to be having a good time (who wouldn't?), great history telling while we drink beer and, the best part for me was to be able to drink the less filtered version of Steam Whistle beer. It's absolutely amazing. I will definitely return for another round! Thanks Christian for been an awesome guide!!
Took the tour, was worth every penny. The beer is fantastic and it's such a historic site. It also feels good to support something local, and environmentally conscious. The unfiltered beer you get on the tour is extra good IMO Our tour guide was Kabir (I hope I'm spelling it right), and he was fantastic. Super nice guy and very entertaining. If you like good beer, do the tour.
Skip the tour. Waste of time. Only thing good was the free beer. It is good beer tho. The tour guide just carried on. I’d say buy beer and leave. The only food they have are pretzels; I don’t eat junk food much, when I do it won’t be a pretzel. Good looking staff tho!
Amazing place and highly recommend to any craft beer lover. I have been on the tour roughly 4 times now. I make a point of going every time I make my yearly trip to Toronto for a conference. Staff is always so friendly and the beer so good. The tour is well worth the small fee and of course you get some tasty beer on it. The smell alone in the place from the beer making is so good. Seeing the process and the old train round house is a must. The display of history and trains outside are always great to look at. I will be back again next year! :)
Best beer in Toronto. Brewed with German Reinheitsgebot. The 30 minute tour is definitely worth it. Most funny tour guide I ever had and enough information to understand the basic process. There's beer supply during the tour and after, so don't you worry! Would go there again and recommend it to anyone staying in Toronto!
