  • Trains run every 20 minutes and are always on time. However the stations are not pram/wheelchair friendly. They have lifts but it's really dodgy looking ones. The machines you put your card in to get in and out of the station are very narrow and are placed right next to stairs so it's so easy to get trapped if pushing a pram in front of you. I know this isn't a criticism of the station but as a warning people can be very rude towards others with children/prams, especially I found some local people who just shove past to get on or off first.

  • A touristy town in need of a facelift -IOW very dated. Most of the tourists it seems are pensioners from northern Europe looking for a cheap holiday (they don't seem to be bothered by the dated appearance. Oh well.) However, Torremolinos is clean, orderly, has ample shopping, nice weather and in walking distance to the beach. Note: I wouldn't go out of my way to visit this town for there is nothing unique about it. Just one big tourist ghetto.

  • Can you please tell me : Where is the lift to enter this station? Por favor -¿Hay escaleras en Estación Torremolinos?

  • Great town lots to see and do friendly people

  • It's a train station, plenty of advance information available, ticket machines, lifts to either side of the platform, clean and tidy with seating available. Ideal for a trip to Malaga centre or to the airport.
