It took a long time to build this Roman Catholic Monument, from the 11th century to the 18th century. There used to be a Cathedral here in the fifth century, but nothing remains of it now. Over the centuries, the cathedral acquired several additions, such as:
- Chapel of Saint Joseph
- Classical facade
- The clock tower, with an iron campanile
- The eighteenth century Baroque retable
- The Corpus Christi Chapel
- Two Pierre Puget painting
It isn’t the most impressive of cathedrals, but there is a quiet dignity in the interior.

We were lucky to be there during the Sunday service and the doors was open and music was playing, the sound and colors was so beautiful. Look for the 18 century Baroque retable made to hold the Holy Sacrament, located in the Corpus Christi Chapel.
A beautiful cathedral well worth a visit.
Peaceful place for resting in mercy of God.
Grandiose et majestueuse, un autel baroque et un clocher de 36 mètres de haut. Chaque cathédrale est exceptionnelle ! Que du plaisir !
Une belle crèche un peu trop chargée en ces temps de Noël. De beaux vitraux modernes
