The name of this 16th century bridge translates into new bridge. It’s 220 metres long, has seven archways, and it’s USP is that it’s not symmetrical. So what do you do here? Nothing! Kill time. Watch the world go by. There’s a cafe nearby from where you can pick up some eats and drinks, settle down by the river bank and have picnic. That’s in the day. In the night the place is utterly stunning; lit up prettily from under for some really great photo opps and romantic atmosphere. You don’t need to spend a lot of time here, but if there’s anyplace to take pictures on your visit, this is it!

  • From this bridge, one could see the landscape of Toulouse predominantly in one colour. I could understand finally why Toulouse is called "La Ville Rose“. I began to fell in love with Toulouse city starting from here. Toulouse was one of my favourite cities!
