Le Petit Train de Tours, is a small glass tourist train that provides a guided tour of the city of Tours. With a capacity to accommodate around 60 people, this tourist train stops at all the famous landmarks of the city of Tours such as the Cathedral St-Gatien, the Basilica of Saint Martin, etc. with an audio commentary that tells the people all that they need to know about the places.

The audio commentary is available in over 8 languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Chinese and Portuguese) which are chosen according to the customer preferences in each ride. The ‘Little Train from Tours’ as it is translated in English, departs from the Office de Tourisme de Tours at every hour. For history buffs, you can also soak in the heritage of the city of Tours by renting the train for weddings, anniversaries, trade shows, carnivals, conferences and other private events.

• If you are travelling to Tours on the day of your birthday, the train is free for you! You’ll just have to present your ID to the train driver to avail this option.
• You can ask for guided tours on request.
• For people travelling in groups, the fares are at a reduced rate and there is one ticket free for every 20 paid tickets in a group.
