You can visit the Trier wine culture trail which is maintained by the Association of Olewig Wine Growers. Starting from the Roman Amphitheatre, it is a long path about 1600 m which introduces you to the features of wine cultivation such as relationship between grape varieties, climate and soil. As you walk further along the trail, you will come across the wine village of Olewig. You can also visit the wine cellar of one of the growers of the Association of Olewig Wine Growers. A visit to this trail shall acquaint you to diverse wines and the difference in the textures of their taste.
