Considered as the largest dzong fortress in Bhutan, Tsonga Dzong is one of those incredible attractions in Trongsa, Bhutan which are worth a visit. With around 200 monks, this place serves as a monastic complex to them and also the town’s administrative headquarters. Even though, this one is irregular in  shape, but the breath-taking location will enhance your overall experience. Moreover, you’ll take back some stunning memories and loads of great photographs. You can also indulge in some trekking from the Dzong to the old wooden bridge over the river. But it is not advisable to indulge in this activity in monsoon.  Annual festival of  Trongsa Tsechu is held for five days in December and you should definitely visit Trongsa during this period.
